Ok, ok. So that doesn't rhyme too well or even match the song. But the sentiment is there.
Believe it or not, the rain has not caused too much havoc on the the bar despite the large hole in the roof. Thanks mostly go to the concrete floor and the location of the hole in the roof. We'll have some minor repair work to do to the drywall because of the rain damage. While a little annoying it's not too bad.
